Senior Manager - Digital Factory (UAE National)

In this role the right candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Digital Transformation portfolio, offering technical leadership, and overseeing a team of Product Owners running enterprise level platforms in an agile development framework.

Description
* Maintain an overview of the Industry 4.0 portfolio across the entire organisation
* Lead the definition of the Product Owner practice internally across group
* Lead use cases delivery (up to 60 uses cases annually) for Industry 4.0
* Arbitrate between various business area priorities to build a consensual set of priorities
* Ownership and flexibility to drive 100+ team members (internal and external) to successful completion
* Maintain a consistent long-term product-base digital landscape
* Be a role model in deploying agile at scale principle on the scope of the business use cases
* Covers all business areas of the company including Corporate and Core business areas
* Leverage all 10 digital capabilities in coordinated sets of use case through products and waves to enable a major value creation for all business areas.
* Act as a role model for the agile practice for the Product Owner roles across the organisation.
