JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Person will oversee the Treasury function including reporting daily funds position, availability of free and escrow funds, withdrawal of marketing claims from Escrow accounts, Trust account management and the like.
- Handle requirements for RERA and Banks in order to arrange for Escrow Trust accounts as also periodic audits for Profit withdrawal from Escrow Accounts.
- Will be responsible for all operational accounting.
- Oversee the Accounting function with monthly review of Profitability, Project Progress, Overhead levels and Balance Sheet Review.
- Involved in Budgeting exercise for the Property business in coordination with Business Planning team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified C.A./ ICWA or an equivalent degree
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Should be comfortable dealing with government bodies/ processes
- Experience with Big 4 Consulting firm preferred
