Our client is an Leading FMCG brand with operations in the Middle East. They are recruiting a Senior Manager - Internal Audit for their offices in UAE.

Description

* Collaborate with management to formulate a comprehensive audit strategy leveraging risk methodology.
* Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify key focus areas based on business priorities, ensuring IA function is well positioned and operating effectively.
* Conduct audit cycle, evaluating compliance, company's system of internal control and sufficiency of resources.
* Partner with the team to identify process improvement and cost-saving initiatives, and communicate results.
* Support Audit Director in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and systems, creating a strong governance, audit, and risk culture
* Collaborate with the wider audit team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and conformity to IA standards and code of ethics.

REQUIREMENTS

* Graduate qualification in Finance/ Accounting, or a related field is a MUST (Postgraduate degree or other professional qualifications i.e., CIA,CA, CMA preferred)
* Internal audit experience within a Manufacturing / FMCG sector is a huge advantage.
* Professional proficiency in Arabic is a huge advantage.
