As the Senior Manager Process Architecture for Product Lifecyle Management (PLM), you will lead the development and implementation of a future-proof PLM process architecture, ensuring seamless integration with the organisation's overall transformation strategy

Description

* Lead the design and execution of an end-to-end target state for PLM processes aligned with the client's strategic objectives
* Oversee the re-engineering of policies, operating models and processes to optimise the system and ensure a smooth transition
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful PLM transformation strategies and ensure buy-in from all users via extensive event facilitation
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the system
* Foster a culture of digital innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices into PLM processes

REQUIREMENTS

* 15 years of experience leading process architecture transformation initiatives, ideally within real estate and development sectors. Must be able to clearly demonstrate hands on experience of end-to-end delivery of complex projects
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field (change management qualification highly preferred)
* Someone with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management best practices and experience with PLM systems
* Experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, etc
* An exceptional communicator who thrives in SteerCo level meetings presenting progress to senior stakeholders
