JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Talent Ops, you will be responsible for owning the employee lifecycle from hire-to-retire, partnering with L&D and other HR business units to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to excel.

Description
* Handle ER tasks, HR operations, and reimbursements efficiently, keeping things running smoothly.
* Address employee grievances, concerns, and aspirations, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Collaborate closely with the Public Relations team to ensure seamless internal communication and employee engagement.
* Oversee all office management aspects, from ensuring smooth onboarding to managing facilities and IT infrastructure.
* Your expertise will span across diverse departments, requiring adaptability and a passion for learning.

REQUIREMENTS
* An experienced Emirati with at least 12-15 years of HR experience.
* Demonstrably tackled the full spectrum of employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Strong project management and leadership skills, excel at guiding teams, setting clear goals, and driving efficient processes.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You build strong relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and foster a positive team spirit.
