Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the largest, family run, holding groups in the region, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Talent and Organisational Development to join their growing Human Resources Team.

The role requires the successful candidate to complete the following,
- Succession Planning
- Design and implement strategy for Talent Acquisition
- Manpower Planning
- Monitor Performance Management
- Monitor and support succession planning
- Define JD requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 6 years work experience in a similar role
- MNC working experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong, proven track record of successful design and implementation of talent acquisition strategy
