JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Senior Marketing and Graphic Design Officer will contribute to enhancing STS Group's brand presence through creative and effective design work.

• This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and graphic design skills to produce high-quality visual content and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print materials, social media content, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, with examples of digital and print materials created for
marketing purposes.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them creatively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new trends and technologies in graphic design and digital marketing

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
