Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 45K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing strategies in line with the overall business objectives
• Detailed marketing calendar including strategic awareness, tactical and brand positioning campaigns & promotions.
• Strategic communications plan creating a compelling story of the Company
• Commission dissect and utilize relevant research studies, insights, and trends to plan and formulate marketing strategies, tactics, and mechanics.
• Leverage data (through use of CRM) for marketing campaigns, utilizing the company’s databases and external data
• Continuously review changes to the market, consumer trends and competitor analysis, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Build and grow the company database through ongoing marketing activities and leveraging key campaign to obtain segmented, categorized data and insights
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationality
• 50 years old and below
• Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience within the retail/destination industry, out of which at least 5 within a senior leadership role
• Must have a marketing experience within the region
• Must be knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media is essential
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
