JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse have been instructed by a luxury travel and leisure organisation to assist with the hiring of a Senior Marketing Manager. This role will take overall responsibility for the Marketing and Communications activities on behalf of the business for a range of exciting projects in Ras Al Khaimah.
This role will be accountable for the successful development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all platforms such as media, digital, social and traditional. The marketing budget will sit with the Senior Marketing Manager to define and control the spend, allocating to appropriate resources and marketing assortment.
As this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, agency partners and in house teams, our client is looking for an individual who is a clear, confident communicator and has the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.
A background in managing 360 marketing and communication strategies within the hospitality, tourism or leisure industry is essential as this role will advise stakeholders on plans and lead various marketing initiatives and projects simultaneously on behalf of the organisation. In addition, there will be a focus on innovation, corporate social responsibility and digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree or MBA focussed within Marketing with prior working experience in the Middle East in either the hospitality, travel or leisure industry, performing at Manager or above level. To be considered for this role, the candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the market, specifically related to the industry with expertise across all aspects of marketing including - traditional, digital, social media, PR, and event planning.
Solid knowledge and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office programs are essential for this role. Only candidates already residing in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate to the region can be considered as remote working is not offered for this position.
