JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Ensuring that business units and 3rd party agencies comply with brand guidelines
• Assisting in timely execution of the marketing plan for Cupagahwa and Aghatti
• Liaising 3rd party agencies
• Initiating CSR activities
• Managing events and executing yearly events calendar
• Assisting the team, during events and exhibitions
• Providing marketing support to other business units
• Handling production and installation of signages and branding (internal & external)
• Assisting the team in internal and external communications (emailers, posters, notices, etc...)
• Management and trafficking of financial administration (purchase requests, LPO's, invoicing, updating of the payment tracker) in accordance with the Finance department requirements
• Prepare sales reports (enquiry rate, type etc.) for Marketing Manager and Senior Management
• Coordinate newsletter stories from all departments (bi-monthly)
• Manage and maintain website updates in conjunction with the Website Developer
• Review Marketing Budgets and contribute to managing financial aspects of marketing tasks within given budgets and assist the Marketing Manager in the production of monthly financial spread sheets and reports
• Other responsibilities and tasks may also be required under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in Marketing
Working Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar position
• Previous experience working in the luxury Property Development industry
• Computer skills in basic Microsoft Office programs are expected
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Knowledge of social media strategy and implementation
