On behalf of Threads Styling, We are looking for Senior Personal Shopping manager (Middle East).

Reporting to the VP Global Sales, our Senior Personal Shopping Managers lead our fantastic and motivated personal shoppers with a real focus on training, upskilling, mentoring, and leading by example to ensure we meet Threads' aspiring sales growth plans.

This role is the sales leader in the Middle East and will also be responsible for in region client development, identifying ways to grow the brand and sales strategically. You will build relationships with clients, affiliates and brand partners and be the ambassador for the Threads brand in region.

Working closely with the VP Global sales and supported by the VP sales strategy, you will find and build a boutique high performance team located across the middle east, servicing clients from GCC, KSA, and UAE, ensuring that your team gets all the support needed from other departments to reach your team revenue targets. You'll also grow a detailed understanding of brand partnerships and commercial agreements to push margin expansion wherever possible.

Salary for this role is negotiable and open for discussion based upon experience.

What you'll be doing

- Ensure each person in the team has a robust plan around how they are going to grow their client book and hit their targets.
- Build a talent pipeline of shoppers to support the Threads middle east growth ambitions.
- Collaborate with local supply within the region to further strengthen the offering.
- Lead weekly data-driven 121's with team members focused around agreed goals, sales heat maps and reports
- Provide Sales and Customer Service expertise to resolve any problems escalated by the team.
- Work cross functionally with the wider sales team to develop best practices for client outreach activity on a daily and weekly basis.
- Continue to develop the client relations proposition and all key events within the GCC
- Own the business development for the region, partnering with marketing, brands and sales strategy to execute activations, events and initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed

- Worked for at least 2 luxury brand within a sales leadership capacity in the middle east
- Have demonstrable experience hiring and developing high performing sales teams
- Have led a sales team to go from 5M-15M sales within a 12 month period
- Proven experience creating and executing business development
- A firm understanding of the middle eastern UHNW and HNW client expectations
- Proven experience building from the ground up or working in a satellite office
- Line management experience within a global retail platform
