JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a Middle Eastern provider of EPC services for Control, Instrumentation and Automation systems for the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
They are looking for 2 Senior Planning Engineers to support ongoing projects in the region.
Duties:
- Preparation and submission of the master program
- Selecting correct sequence of events for projects
- Presenting schedule of work with visual aids
- Monitor project progress and issue weekly reports on planning
- Work closely with Operations Manager to maintain project control and correct resources
- Manage junior Planning Engineers in the department and provide necessary training
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering and additional Planning Certifications highly desirable
- 7 years Industry experience in planning with an EPC background for Oil & Gas projects
- Exposure to automation/instrumentation/control systems projects in Middle East
- Hands-on knowledge of planning softwares and Primavera P6
