JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage baseline detailed and recovery project schedules.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct delay analysis and support extension of time (EOT) and claims submissions.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants.
Track resources, productivity, and project milestones.
Ensure compliance with contractual and project control requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Proven experience in engineering consultancy or large-scale construction projects.
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Key skills:
Asset management, garment, human resources administration, import & export, airlines, clinical.
