Project: IGD Integrated Gas Development Das Island (Onshore Civil & Building Construction Works)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission and updating of the project master program.
- Preparation and issue of necessary progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Presenting schedules of work often with visual aids such as bar charts and histograms/diagrams.
- Monitoring progress throughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the project manager of actual and expected slippages.
- Liaising with the project manager throughout the process making adjustments to project plans as necessary.
- Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
- Follow up and integration of subcontractors programs.
- Preparation / billing of projects invoices.
- Review of subcontractors schedules and invoices.
- Preparation of project bar charts / manpower (histograms) and construction equipment and regular updating.
- Preparation of deployment of schedules of manpower and equipment.
