JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role is exclusively open to Emirati nationals with a strong background in software development and expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure AI studio, and Microsoft RPA.

• Develop and Customize Applications: Design and build advanced business applications using Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to junior developers, lead code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Solution Optimization and Security: Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and perform optimally.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform. Proven track record of delivering complex Power Platform projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure AI studio, and Co-Pilot Studio. Familiarity with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, or .NET) and relational databases.
