JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, user-centric interfaces for advanced AI solutions. This role bridges creativity and functionality, ensuring sophisticated technology is accessible and valuable to users across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation, research, and wireframing to prototyping and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product vision and design strategy.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Establish UX/UI standards and elevate design thinking within the organization.
- Advocate for user needs and design excellence across cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:- 4–6 years of professional experience in product/UX design.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
