We are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager who possesses a deep passion for crafting digital ecosystems and possesses the ability to shepherd a product from its initial concept all the way through to its successful execution. Our ideal candidate is fervently dedicated to driving the evolution of customer experience by utilizing data-driven insights and harnessing qualitative and quantitative inputs.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic landscape of your designated product domain. Your responsibilities will encompass providing guidance for the trajectory of your product area within a multifaceted ecosystem. Collaboration will be at the heart of this role, as you will work closely with product and design peers, engineering teams, marketing specialists, operational experts, and executives. A profound sense of ownership and accountability will be essential as you deliver pivotal capabilities that align with and address the business's requirements. Your ultimate aim will be to ensure that the delivered solutions align seamlessly with the overarching business goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Possess 7+ years of valuable experience within a product management capacity, preferably with a focus on B2B e-commerce across web, mobile, and app platforms.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. An MBA from a renowned global university is highly desirable.
- Showcase a track record of effectively developing products using data-driven insights.
- Demonstrate adeptness in leading cross-functional teams, driving the delivery of products and projects within challenging timelines through agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Exhibit the capability to collaborate across multiple teams, harmonizing objectives and outputs to achieve overall success, irrespective of organizational constraints.
- Bring experience in managing intricate product development cycles and schedules.
- Possess a strong background in Product Management, Systems Architecture, Design Thinking, and Product Ownership.
- Validate your expertise with a proven history of successfully launching products.
- Present a consistent history of accountability, consistently meeting and exceeding objectives within tight timeframes.
- Operate seamlessly in collaborative settings across all organizational tiers, particularly within the dynamic context of a fast-paced startup environment.
