Position Title: Senior Production Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED depending on experience and qualification

Job Description:
• Oversee the daily preparation and production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the products to ensure they meet the established standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Lead, train, and supervise the production team, ensuring that all staff members follow safety protocols and efficient production practices.
• Monitor ingredient levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in food production or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food production with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards with relevant certifications.
Salary:
AED
8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
