Position Title: Senior Project Manager (2 vacancies open - 1 in Dubai & 1 KSA)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region
Job Description:
• Oversee the operation, production, and full lifecycle management of assigned exhibition stands from concept to physical delivery, ensuring adherence to project briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with subcontractors, internal workshops, external suppliers, and service providers to ensure projects are properly resourced, budgeted, and executed according to company processes.
• Review design and technical drawings, prepare material checklists, coordinate material purchases, and schedule all internal and external resources for production, installation, and post-opening adjustments.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure requirements are met, and actively participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and repeat business opportunities
• Candidates within GCC, particularly in UAE and KSA are open to apply
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in event management, project management, or related field,• Minimum 5 years of experience managing exhibition stand projects, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven experience working with designers, vendors, and contractors in the event or exhibition industry, with availability to travel for projects outside the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities combined with proven project management expertise, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in high-pressure event environments.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
