JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are representing an international architecture practice who are engaged on a number of exciting developments within the Mixed-Use, Cultural, Leisure and large Residential sectors.
We are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Dubai to manage the delivery being based between office and site.
You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and must have experience in managing clients, understanding contractual documentation and requirements of the projects. You must also be able to understand architecture design.

To be considered for this role, you MUST be based in Dubai and delivered projects in the built environment. If you have a strong infrastructure background then you will not be considered.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
- Must be based in UAE due to the client's requirement of candidates 'knowing' the market
- Large scale project experience (i.e. Hotels, High-Rise, Mixed-Use Developments, Cultural, Community etc)
- Excellent communication
- Leadership skills essential
Salary:
AED
37,000 to 43,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
