Description
We are looking for a senior project manager to lead phased operational transformation and digitization initiatives within the bank. The role focuses on modernizing manual processes using T24 core banking, NewGen workflow, and integrated peripheral systems to deliver end-to-end digital workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, phased transformation programs
- Drive process digitization and automation across banking operations
- Manage stakeholders across business, operations, IT, risk, and compliance
- Own project governance, timelines, budget, and reporting
- Manage vendors, SOWs, contracts, and financials
- Track benefits realization and present executive-level updates
Requirements
Key skills & experience
- 10+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services
- Strong experience in operational transformation and digitization
- Hands-on exposure to T24 and workflow/BPM tools (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong budgeting, reporting, and vendor management experience
