Senior Property Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Advisors to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding property purchases, sales, and leasing. You will assist clients in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable properties in Dubai's fast-paced and competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, presenting features and benefits to potential buyers/tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
• Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
• Prepare and submit required documentation such as contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
• Provide clients with after-sales service and support, ensuring long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and maximize visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
