JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves providing high-quality property advisory services to clients, showcasing your extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. You will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, and leasing properties while ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and team members to maximize business opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep abreast of property market developments and emerging trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating the paperwork and processes involved in property transactions.
This is a commission based role only.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, preferably in the Dubai real estate market with a strong portfolio.- In-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and the real estate industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus.
