JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Senior Property Consultant for One of the Leading Real Estate Companies in Dubai
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, email, and social media platforms.
- Doing a number of online advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing/selling/ Brokerage Real Estate
- Must be RERA Certified (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
- Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi- national team
- Excellent English communication skills
