JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for Relationship Manager/Sr. Property Consultant/Property consultant to join our sales team for a full time job.
Main Objectives:
The property consultant is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and understand the property market with a focus on the area assigned to him/her.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients to make property-purchasing decisions.
• Achieve sales targets/KPI’s
• Stay up-to-date with the latest property market
• Network building and ensure a professional relationship with prospect clients.
• Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a short span of time
• Pre-qualifying potential prospects by contacting newly generated leads acquired through a variety of marketing channels
• Follow-up with clients on a regular basis.
• Self-generated sales through referrals
• Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
• Promote in-house company services and generate referral leads
• Follow the company’s policy and procedure for each internal and external transactions
• Maintain good relationship with real estate brokers.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor degree in any related field is preferable.
Requested Training:
• Customer Service.
• CRM.
• Sales Skills.
Experience:
• At least 3 years.
Skills:
• Knowledge of real estate laws.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Required language proficiency in Arabic / English.
Key Competencies:
• Good attention to details.
• Adaptability.
• Team work.
• Stress tolerance.
• Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
