JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Senior Proposal Manager on the Sales Alignment Proposals team, you will support the dynamic sales process and sales associates by providing written proposals for RFP/RFI/RFQ's in response to client needs. You will lead proposal projects, mainly using SharePoint and RFPIO, which is a solution we use for managing and responding to proposals. In addition, you will direct work and provide oversight to cross-functional teams across multiple projects simultaneously, and facilitate strategy sessions with internal teams, executive stakeholders and sales owners to define strategic imperatives and key areas of focus for each proposal. Strong communication skills are needed to develop relationships with internal stakeholders, including legal, government, finance and contracting organizations. You will create customized content for each proposal that applies knowledge of past proposals, competitive intelligence, market and client data, and manage the proposals through all dialogue sessions directly with the client. In addition, you will document, compile and update proposal data and generate supporting material and maintain up-to-date knowledge of proposal processes, Oracle sales strategies and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for leading the entire proposal process, from opportunity identification through to offer submission.
- You will need to follow the Oracle internal bidding processes to successfully schedule the strategic calls and meetings (Kick-off calls, Assignment calls, Review Calls, etc.), draft Bid Plans, interact with the Sales Team to understand the client strategy, as well as the Oracle solutions and/or services being proposed.
- You will be responsible for coordinating resources from across the Middle East, Europe and US.
- You will be gathering proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- You will be responsible for preparing the final proposal presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding, as well as maintaining high quality content by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the translation for cross border cooperation (Arabic to English and English to Arabic).
- You will work with key stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing the key tasks to meet all the deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Desired Skills

- As a Sr. Proposal Manager, you need to have a perfect knowledge of the MEA Procurement rules and regulations (Especially KSA, UAE, and Qatar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English is a must.
- You need to have excellent project management skills - planning, organizing, and managing resources.
- You need to have a never say die spirit, a large sense of responsibility and the ability to be independent.
- You will have to demonstrate your ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work to meet adapting, and conflictual deadlines.
- You will also have to take ownership of the quality and detail of proposals, processes, templates, standards, and demonstrate your ability to work within a team environment and under time pressure.
- In order to provide high-quality proposals, you need to have extensive and advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You need to have a good attention to details and always strive for delivering high quality results (Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy in written communication including proofreading skills).
- You need to have the ability to interpret complicated ideas into language easily understood by others.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing, or related field, or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 4 years pre-sales/sales, project/program management.

- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.

- Written and Spoken Arabic is mandatory.
