JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taylor Sterling is searching for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client is an award winning tier 1 Dubai based contractor.
• Liaise with clients, and sub contractors
• Preparation of cost plans, Tender evaluation & assessment
• Preparing and presenting cash flow & cost management advice to clients
• Inspect site for monthly statement which includes; interim payments, statement of claims from contractor, anticipated claims from contractor, assessment of costs of works and expected final cost.
• Perform cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to works and contractor’s claim
• Measuring & valuing variations
• Agreement of final accounts
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Native English speaker
• Attention to Detail
• Native English speaker
• Up to ten yeas experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with handling multiple projects
• Team management
