JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
* Careful review of tender documents to identify exact requirements and identify potential issues i.e. contractual requirements
* Prepare tender, contract documents and bills of quantities.
* Review tender documents ( drawing & BOQ) to ensure all components of the tender are included.
* Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
* Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
* Check contract agreement,cost budget and scope of work.
* Able to work well within a team based environment.
* Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all times.
* Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and sub contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
* Carry out other duties as are consistent with the job-holder’s knowledge and skills and are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or for attainment of the goals of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
* Civil Engineer Graduate ( University Certificate should be attested in UAE )
* With a good experience in Estimation & Technical
* Minimum 5 year UAE Experiences
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Able to work well within a team based environment.
* Communicator & motivator with ability to communicate across all levels of seniority from the workfare through to
Senior Management level.
