Salary Upto Dhs. 30,000/-
On behalf of our client, a multinational Construction Consultant for Quantity Surveying and Project Management, we are recruiting a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in large scale buildings and Infrastructure projects, such as Hotels, Mixed Use Developments, Towers, Hospitals, Schools, Villas etc.
The company is looking for a strong leading QS that has proven experience in Client Facing roles. You must have the full range of Post Contract QS experience and preferably have worked for Consultant or Clients side but contractors can also be considered.
But you must be MRICS – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT MRICS.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a Civil Engineer but you be a full member of the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors ( RICS ) and have at least 8 years of experience out of which 3 -5 years in the Middle east markets.
