JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is working with a leading construction group who is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor for their Luxury Fit Out division.
We are looking for someone to undertake the following duties:
- Take off quantities.
- Preparation of BOQ.
- Pricing and Estimation.
- Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material).
- Analysing and mitigating risks at the tender stage.
- Planing the project cash flow according to the estimate.
An analysis of the industry (PESTLE, SWOT) and the choice of jobs (tenders) should be made based on this analysis.
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be selected for this role, candidates should have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying
- Must have experience in high end Fit Out on buildings such as Hotels, Palaces, Museums or equivalent
