JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities within the Middle East region and is currently seeking a number of Senior Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors to work on prestigious build projects in Dubai.
We are looking for well-rounded individuals with experience of providing PQS services to a wide range of clients.
The successful candidates will be supporting project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
This will be an extremely rewarding role working for a company with excellent growth plans in the Middle East.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is essential
- A minimum of 5 years’ technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy
- Full post-contract experience including direct team management/coordination
- Must have strong buildings experience such as retail, residential, commercial, and their associated infrastructure.
- Good technical writing, client facing and communication skills (both Internal and external)
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
- Native English speakers only
