JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant with 10+ years of expertise, particularly within the Dubai market, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Dubai's property landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment, along with a strong network of clients and industry contacts. This role will focus on providing strategic real estate guidance to clients, maximizing property investments, and driving successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized consultation on property investments, sales, and rentals.
- Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and help clients make informed decisions about property investments.
- Deliver expert advice on property market conditions, valuations, and potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
- Develop strategic investment plans and proposals for clients, considering market data and future property trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities and advise clients on high-yield real estate investments in Dubai.
- Manage property sales, leases, and acquisitions for clients, ensuring seamless and successful transactions.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with a focus on maximizing returns and aligning with client expectations.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws.
- Develop and expand a network of industry contacts, including developers, investors, brokers, and other key players in the Dubai real estate market.
- Attend industry events and maintain an active presence to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.- 10+ years of proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, with a specific focus on the Dubai market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate market analysis tools.
- Valid UAE real estate license is a plus.
