JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An International manufacturing business are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their business.
- Collaborate in the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources, consistently applying the companys R&S practices and procedures in the region.
- Identify and support recruitment activities in Middle East and Africa to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel.
- Detection of available internal resources.
- Definition and implementation of On Boarding plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree Qualified.
- Minimum of 3/4 years recruitment experience.
- Agency/In-house experience can be considered.
- Must have experience in either Manufacturing/Oil&Gas/Engineering/Construction Experience recruiting for Technical roles.
Salary: 20,000 - 23,000 AED/month
