JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

a Senior Recruiter has the best interests of both the employer and the applicants in mind, the company is their client. Since the employer pays them, the Senior Recruiter’s primary goal is to find the best person that fits the company’s criteria for a particular position.

An ideal candidate:
• Would be able to understand any Job description and screen and source the right candidates for the role.
• Should be able to navigate various job sites
• Must Source Candidates efficiently - Faster the better

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or diploma holder
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience
• Experience in hiring for diverse roles for multiple industries like manufacturing, Oil and gas etc.
• Skills: Strong Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
