Responsibilities include:
• Visiting new and existing clients at their premises to build a clear picture of their needs
• Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
• Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.
• With support, working towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Managing your own fast paced desk within the GCC area predominantly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia
• Maximising the return on clients who are working with us
• Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully bring in new business
• Working towards reaching the companies financial targets
• Continue to work towards building a strong network of your own clients and candidates
REQUIREMENTS
• Ideally 2 / 3 + years Recruitment Experience, with track record of recruiting for mid to senior roles.
• Display a consultative and professional approach
• Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with clients and candidates at all levels
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Team Player
