JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Due to rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented FMCG & Retail recruiter to join our Supply Chain & Retail/Wholesale team lead by an industry expert. We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop into a senior position within the Group and build a dedicated team.
• Consistently hits personal billing targets and provide a successful individual track record.
• Develops & Delivers a client business development plan
• Sets and delivers a strategic growth plan for the FMCG & Retail area.
• Develop SwissGulf FMCG & Retail as a market leader in the Supply Chain & Retail/Wholesale industry
• Management of own CRM and database
REQUIREMENTS
• A solid background of recruiting roles within the FMCG & Retail sector
• Strong knowledge of FMCG & Retail
• Experience within the ME region is a must
• Demonstrate previous experience of delivering full life cycle recruitment
• A successful track record of delivering and exceeding against set financial targets
• Experience of using innovative sourcing methods to identify candidates
• Previous experience of developing accounts and winning new business
• Ability to identify, interpret and understand client and candidate requirements
• Nurturing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates is essential.
