JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Menasa & Partners are looking to hire key talented staff to assist us with our growth in the Middle East region. Building on our past success in the region we are actively seeking a number of sales driven and highly motivated individuals to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish new business opportunities across the Middle East in agreed vertical
• Build and maintain Client relationships with the ability to Recruit senior level individuals
• Manage candidates career aspirations and assist with their on-boarding for roles in the Middle East
• Perform full senior level Search cycle and Consultancy services in the region
• Liaise with senior level management of companies to consult on global talent attraction from overseas markets to the Middle East

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2+ years Recruitment/Executive Search experience, experience across the Middle East region will be preferred
• Self-driven and sales oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Business Development skills
