Senior Recruitment Officer 16,000 AED

The Senior Recruitment Officer supervises 2 junior resourcers and the recruitment process for an assigned group of the business
.
In order to ensure the smooth delivery of this complex recruitment system, the Senior Recruitment Officer maintains constant communication with the college-based HR Officer, hiring managers and the candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required
- A recognized professional HR designation is desirable
- A minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to high volume recruitment activities
- Experience working with sophisticated recruitment/human resource databases is required
- A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace
- Experience within a recruitment consultancy role is desirable
- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Highly developed organizational skills are required; ability to prioritize is a must
