JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the construction/real estate industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment- sourcing, attracting, interviewing, Negotiation and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction/real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the construction/real estate industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source candidates through online channels, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection and offer process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Must have experience working for projects in fast paced environment utilizing full-desk recruiting strategies in a proactive manner.
-Manage recruitment budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions.
-Ensure that the recruitment process is consistent with internal policies, corporate values, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-Proven 10 years of minimum experience in recruitment with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for a wide range of positions, including technical, executive, and non-technical roles.
-Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media and recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
-Leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- In-depth understanding of the construction/real estate industry and Architectural and design engineering and the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
-Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications is a plus”
