What we are looking for - Senior Regional Visual Merchandiser

We are currently looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser for one of the biggest women's ready to wear luxury fashion brands, Max Mara. Reporting to the Merchandise Department Manager, your role will be responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. Overseeing, different brands across 12 stores in UAE, Qatar & KSA.

What you'll do:

* Communicate and manage the brand visual merchandising standards across the region.
* Receive brand seasonal VM guidelines and adapt to the region ensuring commercial, cultural, line-up and portfolio needs are met.
* Manage 2 team members 1 in KSA & 1 in Qatar directly
* Attend brand training and cascade learning to the Regional/ Local VM team trough workshops and continued mentoring.
* Support the execution of external brand events ensuring brand sign off and adherence to budgets
* Collate reports from Regional/ Local VM including photographs commutating the implementation of new seasons collection, store opening, events etc. validates and reports back to the brand.
* Conduct regular store and market visits to coach the VM teams and check adherence to brand standards
* Facilitate timely installations of all seasonal campaigns in line with the brand global marketing and event calendar
* Attend and support new markets and store opening.
* Champion strong partnerships with all internal and brand teams.

What you need to succeed in this role:

We are looking for an experienced visual merchandiser with a ready to wear background and fashion flair! This role requires someone who enjoys the active hands on side of visual merchandising due to the constant change in shop floors and windows.

More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below:

* Have a background in ready to wear visual merchandising of at least 4 years
* Be flexible to travel to KSA and Qatar and VM trips to head quarter twice yearly
* Able to style 100's of mannequins & be adaptable and flexible to quick changes
* Advanced in negotiating and collaborating
* Love being hands on an active on the shop floor
* Can build training programs and roll out across teams and in store VM's
