Senior Resident Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client, a international Architectural & Engineering consultants required for a Senior Resident Engineer in Dubai, Civil Engineering Background.

- Experience working on Projects on the Palm is preferable but not essential
- Experience in Luxury residential developments / Luxury Hotels.
- Ideally have worked with international architects previously in Dubai

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of experience in the UAE, With at least 8 years' experience working as a Resident Engineer on a luxury project , in the UAE ( either residential and /or a hotel)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Pro-active and energetic and excellent at managing a team
- Experience with Trakhees (not essential but preferred )
- Well versed with FIDIC, Please note This is a RE role not PM
