We are seeking a Senior Risk Management Engineer to join our team for a major bridge construction project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful and safe completion.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for the bridge construction project
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze potential impacts on project timelines, costs, and safety
• Create and maintain risk registers, regularly updating them throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential risks
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on risk status, providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations and safety standards
• Lead risk management training sessions for project team members
• Continuously improve risk management processes and methodologies
• Provide expert advice on risk-related matters to project leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Risk Management Professional (RMP) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management for large-scale construction projects
• Proven track record in managing risks for bridge construction projects
• Advanced knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques
• Proficiency in risk analysis software and tools
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced knowledge of bridge construction processes and techniques
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
• In-depth knowledge of bridge construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Familiarity with local and international construction regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates
