JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
• Greet customers and assess their furniture needs, preferences, and budget.
• Offer personalized product recommendations, provide demonstrations, and explain features.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Sales Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, and home office clients.
• Assist with quotes, negotiations, and order processing.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products (ergonomic chairs, desks, storage units).

Consultative Sales Approach:
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors for office layouts.
• Offer design advice and space optimization ideas based on customer requirements.

Product Knowledge:
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines, materials, and industry trends.
• Stay updated on ergonomic solutions and office furniture innovations.
• Train customers on product use and care.

Administrative Duties:
• Track sales activities and manage orders using CRM tools.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and contracts.
• Coordinate delivery and installation, and handle customer complaints.

Marketing & Business Development:
• Participate in trade shows and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies for lead generation through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Requirements:
• Education: Diploma/ Bachelors Degree
• Experience: Min 4 to 6 years of UAE experience with strong network with interior designers, and design and build companies (fit-out contractors) and procurement companies MUST B2B will be plus
• Candidate must hold proven experience in sales of office furniture with proven sales record
• The ideal candidate will have a proven distribution channel and an established network within the commercial interiors subset and within that with interior designers, and design and build companies (fit-out contractors) and procurement companies.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
