JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Design Oversight: Ensure the architectural design is executed according to approved plans and specifications, making adjustments when necessary to address site-specific conditions or constraints.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of architectural milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of construction, materials, and finishes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure that all architectural work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site architectural challenges that arise, working with the design team and contractors to find efficient and effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily reports, architectural changes, and approvals.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
