JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site activities to ensure project deadlines and specifications are met.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement project plans.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with design documents, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, and documentation related to the project.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in site engineering within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and construction-related IT tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
