JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to work on Power Plant project based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing parts of Power Plant projects
- Overseeing the Power Plant work
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Supervising contracted staff
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering
- Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
- Team working and communication
- Technical skills
- An eye for detail
- Problem solving
- Management skills
