Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnosis for patients with obstetric and gynecological issues
• Manage labor and delivery, ensuring the safety and health of mother and child
• Conduct surgical procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries, with a focus on patient outcomes
• Educate and empower patients through discussions on reproductive health, prevention, and treatment options
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to formulate individualized treatment plans
• Engage in research initiatives and stay updated on advancements in obstetrics and gynecology
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement measures
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialization in obstetrics and gynecology
• Completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with substantial experience in a specialized role
• Expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and advanced surgical techniques
• Demonstrated ability to lead and cooperate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong communication skills for effective patient consultation and collaboration with colleagues
• Passion for providing quality healthcare and improving patient experiences
• Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in clinical contexts
