JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A Senior role responsible for ensuring that all payroll and employee disbursements are processed in a timely manner, supported by original documentation and that employee expenses are processed in accordance with companies accounting and HR policies, procedures and standards.

Provide customer support in relation to employee disbursement matters. Manage all aspects of payroll accounting including reporting and reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum qualification required is a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent.\
- Experiences in Oracle ERP.
- Experience in payroll and employee disbursements processing required.
- Experience working in a shared service environment an advantage.
