JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Serve as the primary contact bilateral liaison and spokesperson within the Mall for approximately 400 tenants.
- Ensure all tenants are aligned and comply with policies and regulations defined in the Tenant Handbook.
- Administer Tenant Issue and Complaints Resolution process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Relationship and Operational Management
- Assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management for a 400 tenant portfolio to include dissemination of information from the Landlord and the collection of sales data from tenants.
- Serve as an effective BI resource in providing wrap-around communication between tenants and all functional mall teams.
- Work with the Mall Management Team to resolve issues with tenants; track, interpret and resolve tenant issue and response trends.
- Develop and implement shop level tenant visitation schedule; conduct environmental sensing, analyze content and render recommendations.
- Work intimately with Customer Service to identify and resolve common customer-tenant issues.
- Evaluate the potential for and outsourcing of Retailer On-Boarding/Induction/Orientation training protocols to ensure an expedited acclimatization to the culture.
- Design, conduct, evaluate and interpret tenant surveys.
- Generate Tenant Activity Management Reports and recommendations.
- Provide input to the Tenant Handbook.
- Orchestrate effective relationships across tenants, landlord, customers, cross-functional staff, and broader community.
- Participate as Duty Manager (evenings/shifts/weekends), as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Business capabilities:
Considerable experience in business relations, preferably within either a property management, hospitality or asset management business
Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market

Interpersonal skills:
Bilingual (Arabic/English)
Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Must be prepared to spend considerable time mobile within the Mall

Consistently delivers timely, bilateral tenant- mall management BI
Timely and complete issue resolution and tenant satisfaction
