Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structural design and analysis of various construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the structural design and analysis process for a range of construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient and innovative structural solutions
- Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity, identify potential issues, and provide technical recommendations
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for structural components
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges and professional development

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design and analysis
- Expertise in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro
- Proven track record of leading and managing structural engineering projects from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of local construction regulations and building codes in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
